REVENUE SHARING

Revenue sharing means that the money received from subscriptions to your network is divided between the music publishers (the owners of the musical copyrights) and your organization as the owner of the private label network, and SBN.

Private label broadcasting networks are always revenue positive because the network operator will always receive a percentage of the money earned from the sale of subscriptions.  Although each individual network's earnings will vary, depending on the mix of live streaming and on-demand streaming, our case studies show that the worst case scenario is that a private label network owner will never receive less than 32% of all subscription revenue.  For networks that only do live streaming, 65% of all revenues from the sale of subscriptions will be returned to the network owner.
